About us Complete People Management Ltd was established in 2003 by Sue Schoormans (formerly Sue Luford). Sue is the Managing Director of Complete People Management Ltd. She has worked in Human Resources Management and Operational Management in the retail, hotel, catering and facilities management industries for over 20 years. She has been an HR Director and has worked for leading names such as ARAMARK Ltd, Asda Stores, Marriott Hotels and Hilton Hotels.
Sue has the professional Personnel Management qualification with the CIPD, an Honours Degree in Hotel and Catering Administration, is an NLP Practitioner, is a qualified assessor of NVQ's, is a licensee for Thomas International personality profiles, aptitude and attitude tests and emotional intelligence, is a licensed facilitator of TetraMap® and is currently studying a Master degree in International HR and Globalisation. Sue is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Fellow member), the Federation of Small Businesses, the British Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, the British Institute of Cleaning Science, the Association of International and Professional Business Women, Norway International Networking and the European Professional Women's Network.
