360 DEGREE FEEDBACK (360°)

If you are considering running a leadership or management development programme, conducting performance appraisals or simply want to know how an individual is performing according to their fellow workers, 360° feedback is an ideal self awareness tool.
The process is designed to gather feedback on individual employee's performance and behaviours from those with whom they work and to compare this with their own perception of their performance, enabling the employee to manage their performance better.
You select which employee(s) you wish to take part in the feedback process and you or the employee(s) select their respondents (at least 3). They are invited to complete the competency questionnaire online (or paper-based). When all questionnaires are completed a report is generated. The respondents remain anonymous.
There are 3 main parts to the feedback process questionnaire. They include:
Ø Statements, to rate on a scale of 1 to 7;
Ø Competencies to rank in order of priority for the role and
Ø Free narrative.
Quantifiable data related to the individual employee's strengths, weaknesses and training needs are identified from this process.
