360° FEEDBACK At Complete People Management Ltd we offer 360° feedback profiling in conjunction with Thomas International. Measuring competence and how an employee actually behaves, it enables objective and honest feedback to an employee. 360° feedback is ideal for: - Developing employees

So how does it work? Using a set of competencies the process is designed to gather feedback on employee's performance from those with whom they work and to compare this with their perception of their performance, enabling the employee to manage their performance better. You select which employee(s) you wish to take part in the feedback process and you or the employee(s) select their respondents (at least 3). They are invited to complete the competency questionnaire online (or paper-based). When all questionnaires are completed a report is generated. The respondants remain anonymous. There are 3 main parts to the feedback process questionnaire. They include: Ø Statements, to rate on a scale of 1 to 7; Ø Competencies to rank in order of priority for the role and Ø Free narrative.
